White Wines

Stag's Leap 2006 Chardonnay, Napa Valley, California. Medium body with notes of citrus, honeydew, vanilla and clove. Elegant finish.

Baton 2006 Chardonnay, Sonoma, CA. The aromas are deep and complex, with layers of minerals, toasted nuts, white peaches, tarte tatin, pineapple and caramel custard. Luxurious in texture and flavor. The finish is wonderfully polished and extremely long.

Kanu 2006 Chenin Blanc, Stellenbosch, South Africa. Off dry, light to medium flavors of melon and nuts. Crisp finish.

Danielle de L’Ansee 2007 Sauvignon Blanc, France. A classic expression of Sauvignon Blanc. Aromatic wine with citrus flavors and a floral bouquet. Finishes crisp and well balanced.

Cass 2008 Roussanne, Paso Robles, CA. Delightfully spicy aromatics and creamy texture are the hallmark of this rarely planted grape. Experience a blast of grapefruit plus the traditional flavors of apricot and honey.

Alsace Grand Cru Hatschbourg 2005 Gewurztraminer, France. The aroma is fresh with citrus, lychee pepper, spices and cloves. Broad, complete taste with a medley of fruit, spices and gingerbread. Biodynamic. Vegan.

Willowcroft 2008 Cold Steel Chardonnay, Virginia. A hallmark of Virginia wine. This unoaked Chardonnay delivers a crisp and fruity personality. Light and refreshing, this is the perfect wine for pairing with a variety of our appetizers.

Conundrum 2006 White Blend, California. Shows an exceptional integration of layers, with aromas of peach/apricot and honeysuckle; flavors of apricot, green melon and pear backed by notes of tropical fruit and spicy vanilla. A lush, creamy texture and a crisp, balancing finish with lingering notes of citrus.

Peter Michael 2006 Belle Cote Chardonnay, Knights Valley CA. Distinctly intense and powerfully hedonistic aromas of lychee nuts, citrus and rose petals with a background of mineral, candied orange, yellow peach, nutmeg and a final touch of cedar. Weighty in the mouth and creamy, the palate is rich and seamless. High natural acidity, ending with a tight focus and smoky, toasty, fruity flavors.

Luca 2007 Chardonnay, Argentina. An aromatic display of spicy oak, mineral, butterscotch and tropical fruit. Medium to full bodied, this wine is smoothly textured with outstanding depth and concentration. Long rich finish.

Otter Vin d’Alsace 2003 Riesling Kastelweg, France. Biodynamically grown grapes produce a semi-sweet styled wine with amazing weight and viscosity. An aromatic nose evokes minerals, pears and peach flavors. Vegan.

Chateau Miravel 2007 Cotes de Provence, France. The cream of the crop! Provencale styled Rose. Intense fruity, yeasty nose. The palate is full, packed with delicate fruit flavors of pear and green apple. Very refreshing with a bright, crisp, long finish. Organic.

Balletto 2006 Gewurztraminer, Russian River, CA. Begins with aromas of lychee nut, spice, orange peel, mango and coconut. It has a crisp, lively acidity with flavors of orange-lime and tangerine-mango.

Domaine de la Grand Palliere Rose 2007 Cotes de Provence, France. Made with ecologically grown grapes. The organic rose is a beautiful pale salmon pink color. Dominant with fresh red fruit on the nose, with good acidity and smooth, luxurious texture. 50% Grenach, 35% Cinsault and 15% Syrah.

Barth Rene 2007 Pinot Blanc, Bennwihr, Alsace. A delightful medium-bodied dry white wine with intense flavors of green apple and pear. Well-rounded yet delicate, the Pinot Blanc combines freshness and softness, representing the happy medium in the Alsace Style. A perfect alternative to Chardonnay that is extremely versatile.

ZD 2007 Chardonnay, California. Full bodied on the palate with aromas of sweet pineapple, vanilla, pear and lemon zest predominate, this wine exudes richness. A rich creamy mouth-feel that is perfectly balanced with natural acidity.

Sonoma Coast 2007 Sauvignon Blanc, CA. Mineral laden tropical fruit and floral aromas describe the nose on this rich, California style Sauvignon Blanc. Fleshy on the palate with abundant, rich melon and a long, flavorful finish.

Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin Champagne Brut 375 ml., Reims, France. Strong influence of red fruit in the aromas. The texture is plush, the fruit sweet yet balanced by a robust architecture so it finishes clean.

Champagne Pannier Brut Selection, France. Blended from a majority of Chardonnay with equal parts Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. This Selection cuvee of first press wine has been aged a minimum of 3 years before release. Medium-full in body, it offers a yeasty nose and rich flavors of apple, lemon, vanilla, ginger and baked bread. Elegant and balanced, it lingers pleasingly on the finish.

Soutiran Brut Grand Cru Champagne, France. An elegant blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. Finesse and vinosity set this classic champagne apart.

Baton 2006 Late Harvest Chardonnay, Sonoma Coast, CA (500 ml) Liquid gold; honeysuckle aromas with flavors of honeyed pear, apricot nectar and fresh-picked pineapple; rich, creamy viscous and silky; great natural acidity gives the wine energy, length and ageability. Enjoy this wine with desserts.
