Great American Dine Out - “take a Bite out of Childhood Hunger”
September 19 – 25, 2010
Share Our Strength’s Great American Dine Out is a week-long event that brings together thousands of restaurants and millions of consumers to help make sure there is no child hungry in American. This is a national effort to end childhood hunger in America by 2015.

During this week, we will designate a portion of our sales to raise funds to end childhood hunger. Help Share Our Strength surround the millions of kids at risk of hunger in America with nutritious food where they live, learn and play. You can help fight childhood hunger by dining at our restaurant or at one of the many in our area who are participating in this worthy cause. Wine Dinner
October 1, 2010 7:00 p.m. Prix Fixe dinner $110.00 plus tax and gratuity.
Luis Reginato, winemaker and viticulturist at Luca and Tikal wineries will join us to share his expertise as a highly trained and respect vineyard consultant and winemaker in Mendoza, Argentina.

His close relationship with local small growers and his intimate understanding of the region’s vineyards helps to bring a direct expression of the grapes into the line of vineyard-designated wines. Mr. Reginato will only be in the U.S. for twelve days, and he has chosen The Restaurant at Patowmack Farm to present and speak about his wines.

Thanksgiving Dinner
1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Prix Fixe $75.00

Chef Christopher has planned an extraordinary Thanksgiving Day menu. He will be serving the traditional with an element of surprise. He will offer a prix five for $75.00 plus tax and gratuity or you may order a la carte.

Cookie Exchange
Sunday, December 12 2:00 – 4:00 p.m.

Bring 3 dozen cookies and leave with approximately 6 dozen cookies. Print your recipes to share with others if you can. No reservations needed – just call to let us know of your attendance. Bring a canned donation to be given to a local charity.

Join us for an evening of an assortment of delicious small plates and an ever-changing collection of cocktails.  Choose from a selection of exciting small plates – attractively priced between $6.00 - $12.00.

The perfect place to bring friends and clientele for a networking event – one on one or as a group.  Experience classic cocktails with slight twists and organic ingredients or enjoy the chef’s special wine list of $25.00 bottles.

Our a la carte menu with imaginative dishes leaves you with a casually inspired culinary experience.
Sunday night is a very special time to relax and enjoy a leisurely supper. Sunday Supper at the restaurant are a great way to end the weekday hustle and enjoy casual, relaxed and friendly, one-of-a-kind meals that are as memorable as they are delicious. Sunday supper is our way of taking life in the slow lane – invite friends and family and get ready to start the week off on a unforgettable note. Something fun – something special. Excite your palate with organic, local, seasonal cuisine, enjoy the view and listen to jazz music.



Cooking Classes
We are offering a wide range of classes which are hands-on, demonstration and interactive. Classes include recipes, and sample tastings and a glass of wine. We are able to accommodate up to 12 participants.

Reservations are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Some classes fill quickly; so sign up early to avoid disappointment. Payment must accompany registration. We must have at least six participants to have a class. You may cancel up to 7 days before class. No refund will be issued after that unless the class is not held or for inclement weather.  

Corporate Classes
Cook up some fun for your next group meeting. We can design a cooking class or you may choose one of the above. A recipe packet will be yours to take home. Tastings and a glass of wine are included in most classes. We can accommodate up to 12 participants.
